Mary Mellinger

Position: HR Director

Years At Tamis: 36

Mary has been at Tamis longer than anyone except Murray. She was hired in March 1986, his first employee. She worked part-time until April 2005, when she same onboard fulltime as his Business Manager. She has lead sales, organized accounting departments, hired everyone but the owner.  She mentors new employees and keeps our boat afloat.  In short Murray Bilby build this ship and Mary is the motor. Although her bachelor’s degrees from Pitt are in English and Psychology, her work experience is in Human Resources and Accounting. Mary lives life large, but still has found time to bake sweets for her Tamis family. When she is not working, she is quite busy with her family and friends.
